Pumps

Pneumatic pumps create force through the use of compressed air that then moves fluids through a piping system - very similar to hydraulic pumps but with pressurized air. A centrally located cylinder powers a pneumatic pump and is controlled through solenoid valves. They are positive displacement pumps that are advantageous with their low maintenance needs and high safety ratings.

We carry several types of Gast pneumatic pumps at AOP Technologies including rotary vane, diaphragm, piston, and rocking piston pumps. Rotary vane pumps provide a low vibration, pulse-free air delivery system. Diaphragm pumps are oilless, compact, and lightweight leading to high efficiencies. Piston pumps are oilless and resistant to corrosion while the rocking piston pumps are also lightweight.
